1. Agreement
By using RealLeadX, you agree to these Terms. If you use RealLeadX on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Service
RealLeadX provides AI-assisted lead capture, messaging, and related business tools. Features may change as we improve the product. Trial and paid plans are described on our pricing page.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use RealLeadX for spam, unlawful messaging, harassment, or violating Meta WhatsApp policies. You are responsible for messages sent from your connected accounts.
4. Integrations
Third-party integrations (WhatsApp/Meta, email, AI providers) are subject to their own terms. You must maintain valid credentials and comply with applicable platform rules.
5. Limitation of liability
RealLeadX is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
